Welcome to YOLKAR. By accessing or using the YOLKAR application and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including passengers and car owners.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the YOLKAR platform.
- All users must provide a valid CNIC or government-issued identification for verification purposes.
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
3. Passenger Terms
- Passengers may use YOLKAR solely for lawful personal transportation purposes.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details, pickup locations, and destination information are accurate.
- Full payment of the applicable fare must be made through the available payment methods, including cash or online payment options.
- Cancellation policies may apply. Frequent or late cancellations may result in cancellation charges or account restrictions.
- Passengers must behave respectfully toward car owners and other users during the journey.
- Carrying illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, or engaging in unlawful activities during rides is strictly prohibited.
4. Car Owner Terms
- Car owners must complete the registration, verification, and approval process before publishing rides on the platform.
- Car owners are required to submit valid documents, including CNIC, valid driving license, vehicle registration documents, and character/police verification certificate.
- Car owners are fully responsible for operating their vehicles safely and in accordance with Pakistan traffic laws and regulations.
- Car owners must ensure that the vehicle provided is roadworthy, clean, and properly maintained.
- Car owners reserve the right to approve or decline ride requests based on seat availability and trip compatibility.
- By posting rides on YOLKAR, car owners agree to comply with all platform policies and safety standards.
5. Conduct & Safety
- All users are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior while using the platform.
- Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, threats, violence, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
- The transportation of illegal substances, prohibited items, or involvement in unlawful activities is strictly forbidden.
- YOLKAR reserves the right to investigate complaints and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
6. Payments & Charges
- Fare amounts are displayed before ride confirmation and may vary depending on route, distance, and trip type.
- Users are responsible for paying all applicable charges associated with their bookings.
- Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension or restricted access to services.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- YOLKAR acts solely as a technology platform that connects passengers with car owners.
- YOLKAR does not own vehicles, provide transportation services directly, or guarantee the conduct of users.
- The company shall not be held liable for accidents or injuries, delays or trip cancellations, loss or damage of personal belongings, or actions or conduct of passengers or car owners.
- Users utilize the platform and transportation services at their own risk.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
YOLKAR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Fake identification or fraudulent activity
- Non-payment of fares
- Repeated cancellations or misuse of the platform
- Harassment, misconduct, or violation of platform policies
- Engagement in illegal activities
9. Privacy & Data Usage
By using YOLKAR, users consent to the collection and use of personal information for account verification, ride management, customer support, and platform improvement purposes in accordance with applicable laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes or complaints should first be reported to YOLKAR's customer support team for resolution.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan.
- Any legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
11. Modifications to Terms
YOLKAR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. User Agreement
By selecting "I Agree" or by using the YOLKAR application and services, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in accordance with the Pakistan Contract Act, 1872.
